same style years apart.

Some of the reasons I decided to embrace doing my natural hair by myself was; I hated salon visits, the hairstylists were not gentle at all, my scalp was heat sensitive and my hair was stagnant, I was noticing any length at all. I hadn’t relaxed my hair, though most of the times, I wore it straight or did protective styles once in a while when I found a gentle stylist. Caring for my hair all by myself was quite a challenge, ad to do lots of unlearning, learning, trial and error, I will be sharing all that in this series. Also, I wrote some guides sharing my hair journey tips and tricks which you can purchase here.
